In accordance with the Regulation on Assessment and Evaluation it was previously announced that the "exam week" would be implemented in schools. The 1st exams of the first semester were planned to be held in the last week of October and the first week of November. The 2nd exams of the first semester were planned to be held in the last week of December and the first week of January. The 1st exams in the second semester were planned to be held in the last week of March and the first week of April. The 2nd exams of the second semester were planned to be held between the last week of May and the first week of June. 

 

Specific to the 2023-2024 school year, the dates of the 1st exam week of the first semester have been changed. It was stated in the official letter sent to the provinces by the Ministry of National Education that the dates of the 1st exams in the first term of the 2023-2024 school year have been updated in order to efficiently carry out the 100th anniversary celebrations of the Republic held in schools. In this context, the first exams of the 1st term of the 2023-2024 school year will be held between October 30 and November 10, 2023. The second exams of the first term will be held between December 25, 2023 and January 5, 2024.
